Send your full name and the email address you registered with and our logistics team will confirm your identity and resend the tracking number.

When will I receive my tracking number?+
Tracking numbers are emailed once your race kit or finisher pack has been dispatched by our logistics partner. Race kits ship before your batch window opens; finisher packs ship after your submission is verified.
Where do I track my kit?+
Use our official tracking portal at track.nax.com.my. Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email to see live delivery status.
I lost my tracking number — what should I do?+
Email logistic@naxmarathon.com with your full name and the email address you registered with. Our logistics team will re-issue your tracking number as soon as your identity is confirmed.
Does delivery cover East Malaysia?+
Yes. Our logistics partner delivers to every state across West and East Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Shipping fees may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout before payment.
