Submission Verification Crew
Review runner proof screenshots — date, time and distance — and flag anything logged before registration.
Runner Support
Answer email and WhatsApp questions on batches, accumulated runs and how to submit a completed distance.
Race Kit Packing & Dispatch
Pack race kits and finisher kits, match them to orders and hand them over to our logistics partner.
Ranking & Results Crew
Keep the ranking board accurate — record verified distances, resolve duplicates and publish standings.
Community Ambassadors
Host virtual group runs in your own town, keep runners consistent and welcome newcomers to the batch.
Media & Content
Collect runner stories, edit clips and keep our social channels alive across the whole batch month.
