What a valid submission shows

  • The date of the activity, inside your batch window.
  • The start time or the time stamp recorded by the app.
  • The total distance, to at least one decimal place.
  • The moving or elapsed time of the activity.
  • The full, uncropped app screen — no zoom-ins on a single number.

Apps that work

Any app that records GPS and shows the details above is accepted: Strava, Garmin Connect, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, Coros, Suunto, Polar Flow, Apple Fitness and Samsung Health among them. Treadmill sessions are accepted where the machine or watch display shows date, time and distance.

Why submissions get rejected

  • The activity was recorded before registration was confirmed.
  • The activity falls outside the batch window you chose.
  • The screenshot is cropped so the date or distance is missing.
  • The entry was added manually instead of recorded by GPS.
  • The same activity is submitted twice, or by two different runners.

Keep your own copy

Save every screenshot until your result is published on the official ranking. If a submission needs review, the fastest resolution is having the original file and the activity link ready.

Common questions

Can I submit runs from more than one app?

Yes, as long as each screenshot clearly shows the date, time and distance and no activity is submitted twice.

Do runs before registration count?

No. Only activities recorded after your registration is confirmed and inside your batch window are valid.

When do submissions close?

Submissions close 7 days after your batch ends, at 23:59 MYT.
