Why this distance
The benefits.
The longest finish
The headline endurance challenge of NAX Virtual Marathon 2027 — four marathons banked inside one month.
Built for accumulation
Split it however you like: daily doses, weekend blocks or long back-to-backs. Every verified run adds to your total.
Separate recognition
Double Ultra finishers are ranked in their own category and receive the dedicated finisher piece.
How to do it
Your guide to the start line.
- 01
Plan the month, not the run
Roughly 6KM a day, or 40KM a week, gets you home. Map your weeks before your batch opens.
- 02
Build a durable base
Enter with consistent 50–70KM weeks and at least one marathon or ultra already in your legs.
- 03
Protect recovery
Keep most runs easy, take one full rest day a week, and sleep and eat like the mileage is your second job.
- 04
Watch for overuse
Rotate shoes, strength train twice a week and stop early at any sharp joint or tendon pain.
- 05
Submit as you go
Upload each screenshot after every run rather than saving them all for the final week.
Before you enter
Warnings & safety.
- 168.8KM in a month is a serious training load. Do not enter without an established endurance base and medical clearance.
- Accumulating high mileage quickly is the most common cause of stress fractures and tendon injury. Progress gradually.
- Never chase a daily target through illness, injury or extreme heat.
- Night running requires a headlamp, reflective gear and well-lit routes.
- Entries are open to participants with a delivery address in Malaysia only. Race kits, race packs and finisher packs are delivered by our appointed logistics partner across West and East Malaysia; shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
- You run unsupported: no marshals, no water stations and no medical crew. Plan your hydration and tell someone your route before you set off.
- Obey all traffic and local regulations. You are responsible for your own safety on public roads.
- Accumulated runs are allowed: submit a clear screenshot of every activity showing date, time and distance. Edited, cropped or manually entered records may be rejected at verification.
- Only runs recorded after your registration is confirmed and inside your batch window count. Submissions close 7 days after your batch ends (23:59 MYT).
