Why this distance

The benefits.

The headline number

The longest distance on the 2027 start list — eight marathons banked inside one month, verified and ranked in its own category.

Built for accumulation

Roughly 11KM a day. Split it across daily doses, weekend blocks or long back-to-backs — every verified run adds to your total.

Dedicated recognition

Quad Ultra finishers receive the dedicated finisher piece and a place on the longest-distance ranking.

How to do it

Your guide to the start line.

  1. 01

    Plan the whole month

Map your weekly targets before the batch opens. Around 85KM a week, or 11–12KM a day, gets you home.

  2. 02

    Enter with an ultra base

This assumes consistent 70–90KM weeks and at least one ultra already completed. Do not start this distance from scratch.

  3. 03

    Protect recovery ruthlessly

Two easy days after every long run, one full rest day a week, and sleep and nutrition treated as training itself.

  4. 04

    Watch for overuse

Rotate shoes, strength train twice a week and stop early at any sharp joint or tendon pain. Stress fractures build quietly.

  5. 05

    Submit as you go

Upload each screenshot after every run rather than saving them all for the final week.

Before you enter

Warnings & safety.

  • 337.6KM in a month is an extreme training load with serious medical risk. Do not enter without an established ultra base and medical clearance.
  • Accumulating very high mileage quickly is the leading cause of stress fractures, tendon injury and overtraining syndrome. Progress gradually.
  • Never chase a daily target through illness, injury, fever or extreme heat — stop and recover.
  • Night running requires a headlamp, reflective gear and well-lit routes; never run alone and unannounced on long efforts.
  • Entries are open to participants with a delivery address in Malaysia only. Race kits, race packs and finisher packs are delivered by our appointed logistics partner across West and East Malaysia; shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
  • You run unsupported: no marshals, no water stations and no medical crew. Plan your hydration and tell someone your route before you set off.
  • Obey all traffic and local regulations. You are responsible for your own safety on public roads.
  • Accumulated runs are allowed: submit a clear screenshot of every activity showing date, time and distance. Edited, cropped or manually entered records may be rejected at verification.
  • Only runs recorded after your registration is confirmed and inside your batch window count. Submissions close 7 days after your batch ends (23:59 MYT).
